Oppo Mobile India — Terrible product (mobile) and customer service from oppo mobile india

I bought this oppo a37f/gold mobile from spice hotspot, shop no - g2, plot-1, block a, community centre complex, jwala heri, paschim vihar, new delhi - 110087 on 10th july. I have attached the bill with this complaint as a proof. At first i was a bit hesistant to buy an oppo mobile because its not a big brand but the shopkeeper gave us an assurance
Of taking the mobile back if we were not satisfied with it within 14-15 days.

I gave it a shot and bought it because of his assurance only. As i started using it i noticed it was lagging and hanging occasionally. That was enough for me to return the phone so within less than 24 hours i went back to that spice retail shop and asked the shopkeeper to take it back
And replace it with another phone. That liar totally declined it and asked me to go to the service center.

So i buy a phone on 10th july and i should now go to service center of oppo within 24 hours to get it changed or refund my money?
Few weeks ago my phone got stolen from the same market and i provided every detail from the location of where that phone was stolen to imei number to delhi police nothing happened. And now when i have bought a new phone after saving money i get this in return.

I requested the shopkeeper so many times to refund my money or give another phone from another company because he said that he will change it if we were not satisfied with it. If he had not said that i would have never bought an oppo phone.

In the end i had to go to their customer service center. There was this guy named harpreet (His visiting card is attached with this complaint) who asked us to make a video of whenever that phone hangs or take a picture of it as a proof.

Do i know in advance when its going to hang? Do i have to buy another smartphone just for making a video of an oppo phone hanging?
Do these guys even think before speaking? I don't have another smartphone. I am from a middle class family and 12000/- rs. Is a big amount for me.

I request people not to buy from oppo. Even bigger companies have defects in their products but their customer service is top notch that's why people keep buying their products. Oppo is nowhere near them and will never be with this type of [protected]@ppy customer service and intelligent staff members who don't understand customer's problems and think of them as a mice who should keep jumping from one location to another after buying their product.

I need my money back as soon as possible because i have to buy a new phone. I am requesting https://www.consumercomplaints.in to help me. Thanks.

Please anyone know how to fix this stupid problem is. My dialer app is gone and i tried manyways. I can't fix it. Any one know about this please let me know. And don't buy oppo again.
