Oppo Mobile — my dua not accepted by ur service center | |||||
I bought a new OPPO F3 on dt 18.04.18 after purchased Network and Touch problem when I complain in Oppo Service Center-PACETEL SYSTEMS PVT.LTD. MODEL TOWN, REWARI (HARYANA) ( Job sheet no-INHR[protected]R161 DT 23.04.18) they check and say problem ok but proble same after when i again log same problem than they say our Service Engineer check than take any decision i also show make a video of network problem but not give any solution after 10 days long followup Service Engineer(Mr.Parveen) come and check and self say ur problem ok u come and make ur DOA. but ur service center consultant misbehave and refuse my problem say that u open ur phone outside. that's they self open my phone seal in front of me.i am continuously calling in tollfree no ( Complain no-C-[protected] dt 10.05.18)or ur service center visit but no any solution. i have also send all detail by mail at [protected]@OPPOMOBILE.IN today and again call on tollfree no today and they say u go again our service center tomorrow and talk vt us i will again visit his service center but i know no any solution. my phone one month complete next 2-3 days after that no any solution plz help me.
