    Worst phone I have ever seen, i have purchased oppo f21s pro of rs 26000, and found this phone as a waste of money. Today I went to the service centre as the body of phone got bend automatically.The phone is incompetent as the service centre and customer care stated that "ki phone apka box me rehta to kuch hota kya nai na."And they asked me to pay 6000 for the damage which have no link with physical damage as they are not considering under warranty. They consider it as physical damage and told me that this bend is due to fall and there were no physical damage at all, there were no scratches on dent on screen camera and on the body of phone.

      I just bought Oppo reno 6 pro 5g phone 2 days ago in bigc store in Hyderabad, and found a continuous glowing dot on the screen. I feel emotionally and financially cheated by oppo for 42000 rupees phone. I would like them to resolve this ASAP or I will go for a consumer court and sue them.

          I ordered OPPO ENCO X, But when i received the order nd opened the seal i found the product was missing and I just received an empty box...
          The moment i got this problem i contacted oppo through mails, calls, live chats but still they aint doing anythng .
          The worst ever service i experienced in ny life..
          The biggest Fraud service...
          I have lost 10000 rupees on this..nd still did not receive any single thing...

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                i purchased Oppo f17 on 24th Sep"2020 from Latest Moble Rajkot. and problems found of voice in device. after i contacted customer care of Oppo Nr Astron chowk and he instilled software in device but after same problem of voice found in my office location again after i two times visited customer care and they advice me that there is problems of airtel sim card and i taken new sim card from Airtel but oppo customer care is telling that problems in your sim card but that sim card already running proper in other all devices and same sim card using since last 2 years.

                Already 1 week passed and there is no resolution. I not used Device after purchased.

                Kindly look in to matted and do the needful for resolution.

                  I have purchased oppo F15 on 3 Aug 2020. On 2nd September 2020, it fell down and unfortunately my screen got damaged so I went to get it done in the service centre, Laxmi Nagar. They asked for an estimated cost of 4467. I paid that amount and get it done. But on 9 September, the display got disabled on its own and when I went to customer care they said it is internally damaged. and showed me a scratch too which was very minimal. It was not fell down, and neither clashed with any object . How it can get damaged within a matter of only 5 days. The people of care centre were very illmannered, they don't know how to assist their customer. The quality of new display was so poor that it broke like this without doing anything. How can I pay 4467 again . Most of the customers were unsatisfied by their services. Everyone was complaining against them. I was so mentally stressed yesterday. I went to some other shop to get my phone done and they have told me when my phone fell earlier it got bent and the service centre people without clearing the bent phone put new display in it and that's the reason it for broken so easily even by holding. The have given pathetic service. Please help

I purchase oppo at 23 august at 24 august Mobil back camera quality was poor and sometimes camera is black mean now showing pictures and back camera was not zooming and front camera is zooming and flash light is hide mean flash light is not working . I sent my mobile to oppo service center Lahore within seven days of purchasing and they didn't replace my mobile and then send 2nd time with same probkem and again 3rd time same problem appear but now fourth time same problem appear every month mobile goes to oppo center now I want replacement of oppo F15 . Sir I am so much depressed that why I choose oppo.please

                        Sir i bought reno 2 premium phone just 2 weeks back. It is taking 2 hours to charge battery to 10 %.
                        In my view it is very frustrating thing to say vooc change to complete charge in 35 mins.
                        Please do one favour by refund my money back. And take product back.

                          Hi team, i bought a oppo reno 10x from flipkart on 8th june 2019, everything was fine for first few weeks, but the problem started happening after a few weeks and the mobile back camera was getting dust particles, i took it to a nearby service center and they cleaned it and returned the same to me within 3 hours time. I thought the problem is over but unfortunately within just few days the same problem started to happen which is very very unsatisfactory. A phone which is among the premium products from the company should not have this kind of issues.

                            I purchased a oppo a5s phone from chengannur (Kerala) qrs shope. From the beginning phone slightly heating but i ignore that but nowadays my phone overheating without use.. I informed previously the same shop from i purchased they told me that is happening due to the reason of software complaint, i submitted my mobile one day that shop for the purpose of software update. I don't know that people do that properly now also no changes from the past condition in my mobile phone.

                                      Hi team,

                                      I had to file a concern regarding the after sales service provided by oppo at jaynagar bangalore center.

                                      I accidentally broke the screen of my f9 pro which i bought 4 month ago. I visited the service center dated 24/02/2019 to get it fix. After through testing my mobile the service center updated me to get the new screen fitted. I ask them to get the screen fixed on the same day. But they informed me the stock is not available and will be delay by 2 day.

                                      Since then im calling them to get it fix but their response is the stock is still not available. Is this the after sale services provided by oppo?.

                                      My business is getting affected because of the contacts stored in the phone. I this kind of service continuous for sure your sales will get affected and also the customers.

                                      Please kindly look into this matter. The work order # inka[protected].

                                        My mobile is oppo f7 youth but it has not received colors os 5.2 as my mobile is of nepal. As you know os 5.2 has many feature much better and it can give my mobile a new look. Please update in my area so that i can enjoy my new look mobile. I also contacted the customer care of both india n nepal but they couldn't help me. So please update it in nepal too as soon as possible.

                                          I'm stephenie.
                                          My oppo model r9s system auto update on 27/11. Even on / off again also same, keep updating and can't run as usual. I have send to oppo kl service center (Plaza berjaya) for repair. The service engineer (Yang) told me today have more than 5 people facing sane issue in same day and come to their center. They also don't know what happen on it due to first time they facing it, he told me may be hack by hacker etc. He told me waiting china to update them on this issue. And don't know when can solve it. When they told me this, i'm facing the issues are :
                                          1. Temporary i can't using my phone for my business until they give me solution, it make me trouble alot
                                          2. All the data might be lost as he told me

                                          What i can do it just waiting they update. After few hour, they call me back say can't solve the issue so fast, hq asking them compensate us a phone f9. And i have told them let me consider it, whether i want the phone or waiting them solve my phone issue.
                                          After few day, they told me the issue was settled, and can get back my phone. Due to i'm outstation, i have inform them wait me back then only decide and come back to them.

                                          When i reached oppo center n met a girl call adilah, i have told her im decided to get a phone f9. And they told me due to i didn't reply any decision yet, they assumed that i get back my phone. And also mentioned i have back up my phone data at the center there. So i can't choose an option.
                                          1. When i reach there, i also told them my decision. But they say decide yet, say need asking for hq.
                                          2. During the period of bargain, yang told me oppo hq ask me pay rm700 if i'm really want choose the f9 instead of get back my r9s due to my r9s screen abit crack. This is another option they give me.
                                          3. I told yang, i'm not satisfied their decision and the way handle it. As consumer, i never have any chance to make decision. As consumer, the option giving by oppo = no option. Because they can easily make an assumption and decision for us. I'm not satisfied the way handle by oppo. Not professional.
                                          4. 31/12 adilah called me say that oppo hq only allow me back up my other info and reformat my phone. I told her last day of 2018, i don't want make mysel[censored]p hapoy and alot complaining during last day. Will contact them after new year.
                                          5. Fyi, my phone still at oppo center.

                                          I wish that oppo center can give me a better solution.

                                            I know you have recently issued out a change in os that removes the icons for notifications on the status bar (Top left corner of screen) which removes the ability to see if notifications are to be attended too. I really liked having the knowledge of which apps required attention through the use of these icons present in the notification bar. I have personally missed many important messages and emails which could have been avoided with the use of the icons. Personally i love this brand and just recently bought a new phone from you but this slight discomfort is a pity. It would be great to have that function added back in to the os and that icons from various apps with notifications could once again be seen at all times in the top left corner of the status bar. Thank you for your support

                                              Iam lokesh service manager from shruti motors maruti suzuki authorized dealer in chickmaglore. Iam purchaging your oppo a3s mobile on 21/9/2018. Today morning it is in problem. Mobile will not get the charging. So that i will go to your service center to check the mobile. They cant respond properly. They will told me it is needs replace display and mother board, with in one month this problem will be found, and also they will repair with charging basis. It is not acceptable so i need this product will replace with new one or repair it under warranty. If it is not possible give me the latter it is not coverd under warranty. Then i will go to legally. And also i will put it in media also.. So i will waiting for your replay.

                                                The camera of oppo f9 pro is not satisfied for me because of the over coloring and presents of grains for the photo taken.. The photo which took on this phone is look like a watercolor drawing... I hope you should give the camera which is lools good and prevent this watercolor effect and presents of grains for this 24000 rupees phone.. I kindly request the oppo company to take the sufficient remedy to this problem in their next updates... The other future of f9 pro is impressive.. Only i disappointed by this camera of the phone... It have 25 mp front nd 16+2 in rear.. So it should perform atleast for this camera.. I attach the photos which i took in f9 pro which i totally disappointed... Hope you will do the needfull

                                                after color OS 5.2 update
                                                There is some bugs in Sound & Vibration.
                                                1.i change ringtone but it is changed. But ringinfg default ringtone only ring.
                                                2.If I off vibration.. IT vibrate always.
                                                3.When I put SILENT mode. There is sound comes.
                                                Customer care staff not licening our any talk and not solve our problems. Just give me a slip

                                                    I have purchased a oppo f7 as per invoice no. Ka:116 from chiramel mobiles, karinga chira, mo.[protected] on 23.05.2018. Phone was not functioning since 20.08.2018 on wards. The same day itself i informed this to above said sales centre and given to them to get the problem resolve. They in turn send it to your service centre at ernakulam and asked me to contact service centre directly. I got the phone on 23.08.2018. As soon as i reached my work place ambalamugal again the phone showing the same problem. I had to face ridicule and also snide remarks from my colleagues. Above all it is very tire some and time consuming journey to ernakulam from my work place. This has caused mental pain, agony, physical distress, loss of working time and money loss. So i humbly request you to resolve the issue at the earliest without any further complaint.

I had submitted my pf form on jan 2018 now 5months has completed and still i did not receive my pf amount in my account. But i had contacted to oppo mobile tn pvt ltd the company is saying that they have given & submitted all the details to the pf office. Yet i did not receive the amount in the account or i have not received either a cheque/dd/payorder. Please help me out in receiving my pf amount.                                                             This is with the regards to the oppo phone which was purchased at rt nagar in just connect showroom
                                                            Address: # 2 p&t colony rt nagar main road bangalore 560032
                                                            On dated 1st march

                                                            Products:
                                                            1: oppo f54gb (Black) imei: [protected]
                                                            2. Oppo f5 $gb (Gold) imei :[protected]
                                                            Value : per unit 19990/-
                                                            Reason for the complaint is 2. Oppo f5 $gb (Gold) imei :[protected] which had manufacturing defect, at the time of purchase which was noticed post 25 days.

                                                            The reason of noticing it after 25 days was: it was a gift to my brother who stays at different house and i stay at my inlaws place.

                                                            We had a get together after 25 days, we noticed there is difference between both the phones :

                                                            And the difference was
                                                            Oppo black was had finishing touch
                                                            Oppo gold has a slight cut which looks like a speaker and my brother was in assumption that it was a inbuilt speaker. To the surprise we realized it only when we compared both the phones.

                                                            Now being a consumer, i have all the right to raise this concern and it was raised at
                                                            We visited the showroom from the place phone was purchased. It was told to us to visit service center.
                                                            When we visited service center, it was told that it was self-damage and washing off the hands from addressing the concern.
                                                            And asked to get the video from showroom, to see if it was a defected piece which was handed over.
                                                            When we visited showroom, they mentioned they delete the videos post 15days and data is unavalile.
                                                            It has been a night mare running aroung from showroom to service center after paing good lumpsome amount of 19990/-

                                                            Its not my fault for buying this phone and having to go through the pain. Its an mental harassment and torture.
                                                            I would want to raise this to nodal officer to look into this and help in providing the resolution.
                                                            Also i want compensation for all the trauma i went through from past 2and half months.

                                                            Attaching all the documents for your references. Pls help a way out of this.
