Oppo Mobile — oppo phone / f7 ... not working in 2 days ( brand new)

I got the mobile from The cool Chen nail Ambattur branch it is working Good for 2 days later it doesn't work so I went to oppo show room they asked me to return the phone to the seller is did the same no response from their end since 25 days I am come pretty disappointed kindly call me at [protected] now I don't have a phone with me do you think I should pay my EMI...

I brought my oppo F7 two months ago.From today[protected] Instagram is supporting in my phone.i uninstalled and reinstalled Instagram but the problem exist.i used to switch off and on my phone but the problem exist.what should I want to do.please do the needful.
