Manish Arjun Pulse - I had purchased OPPO Neo7 A33f model on 16/1/2016 in Mumbai and from the start o[censored]se, the phone keeps on hanging and intermittently battery discharges.
I complained thrice at authorized OPPO service centers in Mumbai - Elphinstone road & Vileparle and claimed for refund. The display of the handset has problem and Now the phone is lying from 28/5/16 with service center but there is no sign of repairing and returning the handset to customer.
This is absolutely disgusting and poor service by OPPO. I keep on calling at service center, send emails at [protected]@oppomobile.in, but there is absolute no responsibility taken by OPPO towards customers complaint.
How to survive and how to deal with such suppliers and service providers who donot value customers at all?
