Oppo Mobile — service and complaint on quality

Hi, good day.

I'm stephenie.
My oppo model r9s system auto update on 27/11. Even on / off again also same, keep updating and can't run as usual. I have send to oppo kl service center (Plaza berjaya) for repair. The service engineer (Yang) told me today have more than 5 people facing sane issue in same day and come to their center. They also don't know what happen on it due to first time they facing it, he told me may be hack by hacker etc. He told me waiting china to update them on this issue. And don't know when can solve it. When they told me this, i'm facing the issues are :
1. Temporary i can't using my phone for my business until they give me solution, it make me trouble alot
2. All the data might be lost as he told me

What i can do it just waiting they update. After few hour, they call me back say can't solve the issue so fast, hq asking them compensate us a phone f9. And i have told them let me consider it, whether i want the phone or waiting them solve my phone issue.
After few day, they told me the issue was settled, and can get back my phone. Due to i'm outstation, i have inform them wait me back then only decide and come back to them.

When i reached oppo center n met a girl call adilah, i have told her im decided to get a phone f9. And they told me due to i didn't reply any decision yet, they assumed that i get back my phone. And also mentioned i have back up my phone data at the center there. So i can't choose an option.
1. When i reach there, i also told them my decision. But they say decide yet, say need asking for hq.
2. During the period of bargain, yang told me oppo hq ask me pay rm700 if i'm really want choose the f9 instead of get back my r9s due to my r9s screen abit crack. This is another option they give me.
3. I told yang, i'm not satisfied their decision and the way handle it. As consumer, i never have any chance to make decision. As consumer, the option giving by oppo = no option. Because they can easily make an assumption and decision for us. I'm not satisfied the way handle by oppo. Not professional.
4. 31/12 adilah called me say that oppo hq only allow me back up my other info and reformat my phone. I told her last day of 2018, i don't want make mysel[censored]p hapoy and alot complaining during last day. Will contact them after new year.
5. Fyi, my phone still at oppo center.

I wish that oppo center can give me a better solution.
