Oppo — My IMEI no. does not match with my model no.

Respected Sir,

I want to complain against my OPPO A53 6Gb 128Gb smartphone. that i purchase on date 02/02/2021 that's IMEI no. [protected]/06. I want to exchange my current smartphone so i entered my imei no. on online shopping exchange site and i found my imei is not match with this model no. so i go to online IMEI checking website and enter details i could not found any detail. I'm worry about maybe something wrong but i don't know what can i do.

i'm requesting to you please help me out this problem.
