Phone damaged after few weeks usage

I purchased a new Oppo mobile on 1.02.24. After using it for a few weeks, I find my mobile has deformed in shape automatically without any fault of mine. After visiting the E Solution shop (E SOLUTION, 18/1, MOTIJHEEL AVENUE, KOL-74, Phone No:[protected] Mobile No:[protected]) from where I had purchased the mobile, they redirected me to the OPPO service center located at CHINAR PARK. They agree that this may happen post charging or may be done manually when I oppose that, how can that be done manually by me, they tried to stop the argument and asked me to pay an amount of approx.5000/-+ for the repair of the same and to rectify the same. Also, same reply, I got from Oppo Customer care team that this issue can't be covered under warranty period. I am completely shocked and amazed about the explanation of the service I had paid for. I want Full Refund of 18999/- along with Compensation.

Bad service experience

Nearest oppo service centre Bilaspur is 60 km from my residential area on 10/02/23 when i reached there they checked and said to replace it and when I asked for job sheet they refused to give on that day after regular calling till 17/02/23 they provided job sheet on 17/02/2023 and falsely mentioned that they received product on 14/02/2023 on 21/02/23 at around 12:00 Pm they called to pickup order and for confirmation I confirmed that i am coming today to take order and when I reached they refused to give my order and told to come tomorrow I requested that the service centre is 60 km from my area even they not understand and told to come tomorrow and told to call customer care for further help i called to helpline number and they also refuse to help and told to come tomorrow i am frustrated of there rude behaviour and bad service I travelled 240km for service of a headphone and even not got my product because of there bad service and rude behaviour

In the second week of January i Purchased your Oppo product(Model - A745G) through Amazon(Brother booked for me)
Next day found out defect in the mobile ( if i open any browser total screen is shaking or not displaying any thing)
raise the inspection - they also told display problem - got replaced with new Piece from Appario Retail Private limited - Bengaluru
received date is 28th of January 2023

exactly after 16th day same issue is raised when ever i open the browsers screen is blinking and shaking
so your vendor updated the software in the same piece and hand over to us to complete the validity (i.e 15 days in Amazon)
replacement piece is also same defect, how it happens ?
I need to run the piece with the product defect ?
I am not having any confidence to use Oppo Product
i request the all the consumers dont use oppo product
i need a reply from the company

Battery issue with the new model phone Oppo F17

This is abitha from Bangalore i have purchased Oppo F17 on 21 sep 2020 from Proovika Srinagar nagar branch and i found a issue with battery was getting low very soon and i have charged fully than return back to proovika on 22 sep 2020 they asked me to wait for day and they will check and update me back and on 23 sep 2020 i got update yes even they found an issue with the phone battery and they retun it to oppo service center on 24 sep 2020 then service center people asked wait for day even they will check and update, and they were leave for 2 day that is 25th, and 26th, again we visited oppo service center on 27 sep 2020 even service center people found a issue with the phone . now i would request you please give me replacement i am okay for going higher price range for the replacement even im ready to pay extra amount too .Please take my issue on urgent basis and revert me back with a positive response

Refused replacement or service within warranty
I bought an oppo reno 4 pro phone on 4th of august 2020. Yesterday night i started experiencing unusual heating issues in my phone so i switched off the phone post which it cooled down. I turned it back on and it was on the whole night. This morning when i woke up my phone was switched off so i thought charhe might have finished. The moment i put my phone on charging it made a loud noise as if something burst and phone fell down from the table. When i took it to customer care, they are refusing to address my concern and are claiming that i have tampered with the phone. Despite my telling them that the phone is damaged because of the blast that happened. Can somebody please tell me why will i tamper with my premium phone which is in warranty and create trouble for myself?? In fact in the name of checking my phone, the service centre ppl themselves chipped off the color of the back of the phone and now they are claiming that motherboard needs to be replaced and are asking for rs. 16000 additional charges. Instead of addressing my concern, they are simply interested in money laundering. Please find all the evidence attached.

mobile stolen in ### bmtc

My phone was stolen when i took 375d from kengeri to college and stepping down at stop. A group of approx 4 members were standing near the gate and not allowing me to get down. Then somehow i make a way and after that i realised my phone is gone which i kept in front pocket of my jeans. Want to cry but can't, all these because of some # thieves. And also can't forget to include bangaluru cops cooperation, who can't register fir to show the crime rates low. It's not wrong to say that these thieves are highly professional than cops, after stealing phone they keep it off for some days or months, and change the only hope that is imei number to make it unable to track. After reading and seeing so many incidents, i got to know this thing is happening from past 15 years and everyday more than 100 of phones got missing in bangaluru city (Unsafe city) and very few talk about it or go to police, after all it's waste of time going to police to seek some help.
If anyone is reading this who travel in bmtc then be aware of such people who keep standing near the door, if you find some then keep the phone in your bag or the best thing is keep your phone in bag before boarding the bus and don't use it at all in bus until you feel safe to do that. And don't ever depend on police, they are least bother about your phone.in my opinion the only way to pressurize them is through social media like twitter, this would definitely make them to do something, if not then all this public tweets will be enough for them to shame on themselves.

fraud of dual rear camera oppo f9 pro mobile

I had ordered oppo f9pro mobile from amazon online application.. They sad it makes was with dual rear camera.. But after 11 months, i came to know that it doesn't really have any extra camera in rear.. Instead of dual it has only one camera... I was shocked to see that... Everything is ok but.. They fooled me of the the rear dual camera facility.. I bet all the mobile of them are in same misleading things..

I would like to bring your kind attention on above subject issue, myself miss. Jayshree karguppi posted as a women police constable at worli head quarter, mumbai since last 03 years.
On the day 24th july 2019, i have purchased a brand new mobile of oppo company... I.. E... Oppo 11 pro from vijay sales, ghatkopar (E) wide invoice no. Gtl-s-si976 dt. 24.07.2019. Rs. 22, 588/-
Within the 07th day, i faced the problem of low voice in mobile while making a calls. So i went to vijay sales, ghatkopar (E) with my mobile and its bill. As advised by their executive yogesh.. “ that my mobile is not having a problem, an internal settings might be go wrong” he kept my mobile and going for about 15 minutes in the settings option and said... The technical expert & representative of oppo company came here today to get your phone and fixed. Till the time i am advised to wait for half an hour. Then he took my mobile with him for about 01 hour. After about 01 hour they gave me my handset back and said the problem is solved by technical expert of oppo… i felt happy and i went home from the showroom.
Then on the 15th day, i again encountered a problem with my mobile back camera... The camera was not opening / operating. So after compiling my duty hours i went to vijay sales, ghatkopar (E) and met yogesh. (Vijay sales representative) as usual, said "there is no problem with handset"... And again he continued to run with his entire team in my mobile’s setting options around 15min to 20min. Till then, i enjoyed the tv with my office friend to pass the time. After about half an hour he gave my mobile back and said that the problem has been solved by us. I was happy once more and i went home with my mobile.
Then on the 20th day again i had a problem with the front pop-up camera on my mobile, the camera was stuck in open condition and was not closing. As usual i again went to vijay sales, ghatkopar (E) with mobile and met yogesh. Again he and his entire team struggled to turn off the front pop-up camera with physical pressures and as a result, yogesh and his team handed over my mobile to me in a dead battery condition and said the problem was solved by us... Do charge your mobile battery at home. Seeing the time deadline & other pending works, i trusted him and i went home with the mobile in the event of a dead battery.
Then after reaching at home in the evening on the same day, i left my dead mobile for charging. After half an hour getting started turn on my mobile, i came to know that my mobile has a variety of new problems. Which are mentioned below: -
1) my device is automatically downloading new various applications.
2) detected in a hanging issue in the device.
3) the device was automatically calling the last dialled numbers.
Seeing all this, i can no longer control my anger and i fight with yogesh and remain tense so my family (My mother and family friend) went to vijay sales, ghatkopar (E) and met yogesh… @ 12: 00hrs
They discussed the same with yogesh and his entire team but they argued with my mother and they again kept my mobile for about 1.5 hours for checking... @ around 13: 30 he diverted them to the authorized oppo service center. My family had an argument with vijay sales, ghatkopar (E) and moved towards the service center.
On the same day @ 14:00 my mother visited oppo's authorized service center... And met oppo's their executive, they treated her carefully and after listening to the entire case and after checking all aspects of device... The executive told that the mobile has internal hardware problems, and only because of that you had to suffer so much. We are here to help you don’t worry we will replace your mobile with new one... However, after approval and advice from his superiors, the approval of the new mobile was refused at around 16:30 pm due to the following reasons: -
1) the device is carrying lots of water.
2) the mother board of mobile is got corrupted.
3) the other parts of mobile is got damaged.
4) the entire mobile and his other parts were got corrupted and damaged due to water.
5) the entire repaired cost is approx rs.15757/- wide estimate invoice no. Inmh128 dt.16.09.2019
Due to all these reasons and complete troubles and time wasted efforts, my heart got pierced and i have suffered a lots of mentally and physically stressed only because of your company’s defected and faulty device.
Being an honest public servant i feel a lot of stains on my uniform, which is not fair... I will bear this fruit against my honesty, for this reason, i have brought this complaint to your platform.
Please look into this matter and try to get justice to me...
I contacted the issue on mail but no yet response get by oppo.

I bought oppok1 from flipkart after 15days phone stopped working when visited service center with the phone they said will have to exchange the handset with a new one but since last 6days the handset is not exchanged nor the money is returned coz they are not sure about their policy that who will exchange the phone oppo or flipcart coz of which i m without phone for last 6days and there is nobody to help me its a mental torture.. They have taken money of the phone and the old phone as well i m left with a bill as a proof and i m following up with them everyday but dont bother to revert

Hi i m using oppo f7 from last 10 months but theirs nothing new on features pls provide some updatea regularly so we have fun to using this model like xiomi give regular upadte and everytime aome new features to theirs customer i think u forgot this model after selling...
