Hi Team,
I have forgotten my phone password because I haven't used the phone for more than 6months because of screen break.
When I approached Oppo Service Center multiple times they couldn't resolve the Forgot password issue.
It is really not acceptable when customer reach the service center and they are not solving the issue. If I call customer care asking for further / next level team or technical team. They are asking agin to go Service Center .
I have been multiple times and they couldn't resolve the issue. Was this information helpful? |
