I HAVE PURCHASED SPECTACALS GLASSES FROM OPTICSKY ON DTD.10.11.2020 VIDE BILL NO.820 CONSUMER I.D.1687 OF Rs. 6300/- which are un-breakable as per purchase agreement terms & condition but now propritor refuse to compensate for broken glass, which is unfair practice so please look into it and revert back.as shop owner cell no.[protected]& mail .i.d. is [protected]@gmail.com

Updated by Ramchandra Gorhe i have elaborated in detail thru E-mail but ZEISS Company has niglected every thing and not shown any curtsy of Third party liability under supply chain distribution system.so please be aware of such cases.As normal range customer do not have idea of parameters and resulting into fraud cases

Updated by Ramchandra Gorhe matter is pending as a per law of consumer forum zess glass has supply chain system and resulting into third party liability has to take nacessary action against the shopkeeper & Consumer court must aware of monopoly Restrictive Trade Practices Act .(MRTP ACT) for wrong price charging to any Indian citizen by misguiding the customer .
Please take necessary action against the shopkeeper otherwise your valuable suggesstion will be highly appreciated
