OPTM Health Care — treatment of optm health care

Absolute bogus treatment and staff at optm, gk-ii clinic. Total waste of money. My treatment year : 2016. :-
I complained to the clinic doctor, wrote emails to their head office, but the entire treatment seemed absolute waste of money and time.
I thought of writing this complaint long time back, but due to paucity of time and also with a wrong belief that who may read this before deciding on optm treatment for any pain issue. Finally, when i see that optm branch is now open at faridabad, i thought it's better late than never i should write about my horrible experience in their gk-ii, delhi clinic and also on the useless treatment procedure they have.
Not going into scientific facts, which they claim to have, my personal experience says that the treatment is 'massaging of medicine they have along with vibrating therapy and heat blankets'. I had taken full body treatment and thus had to pay a huge sum, which they take in advance. So, i[censored] are not satisfied of their treatment, it is difficult to get your money back.
One can easily buy their medicine (That too, if one feels that these medicines are effective) and then get massage done at home by any person. Also, the heat pads and vibrating pads are available in the market at a nominal cost.
Even after getting the treatment at an optm clinic, one needs to separately appoint a massaeur to get massaged done again in a day (Requirement : twice a day as told by the doctor in the clinic). Thus, this involves extra expenditure.
The doctor at the clinic when i got treated in 2016 seemed to be incompetent in delivering the goods to a patient. Please do not waste your money in this treatment at all is my advise to all.
