This optm is a fraud one which can even kill people in pain.My father was suffering from ostio arthritis from around 30years.He tried many ways to reduce pain but nothing gave permanent relief.Then he went for optm and we all thought that it would be really a permanent solution as dr.apurba gangully gave 100% assurance.Bt they are all money sucker .By using their medicine for only 2days my father became unable to walk even to go to bathroom....

Today (01/07/2020) around 08.40 am i got BMTC bus which goes towards majestic (bus no-KA-57, F-1213). The conductor asked ticket Rs.15 to richmond from adugodi. 10 steps before bus stop only i get on bus, the same stop other people's also get on and asked ticket from adugodi to richmond for them he said 10rs. so i asked him '" then why took Rs.15 to richmond?, suddenly he shouted me dont you understand what i am saying? you didnt get on bus in adugodi bus stop that's y i asked 15 rs. I said " but bro it's just 10 steps before only.. again he shouted me " what if check -ins comes?". who gave the rights to behave rude towards passengers? sometimes they not at all giving tickets and changes, everyday different ticket prices from adugodi- Richmond cricle. Please
take action.

I went to otpm to get treated for my back pain and sciatica pain. Up to 22 sittings my pain was being treated well and i got a lot of relief. After that there was a total decline. By the 34th sitting i couldn’t sit or walk and my body became paralysed. This was inspite of following all the instructions given by them. Finally i gave up and moved to another clinic.

Please dont go after this brand optm in gk2 now sealed and shifted to punjabi bagh.. I consulted them for my mother knee pain they recommended for there treatment for 42 days for which i paid 72000 plus 6000 thousand for extra supplements.. After going there for 42 sittings there was very minimal improvement in her condition. But now after 42 sittings they dont entertain there patients.. Its sheer money making enterprise there main focus is to fish out money from clients and give them false promises. Please save your money dont fall for there big advertising trap in newspapers.. There manager mr rajiv is a big time crook.. He is a sales guy knows how to make fool out of inocent patients who are in pain.

Absolute bogus treatment and staff at optm, gk-ii clinic. Total waste of money. My treatment year : 2016. :-
I complained to the clinic doctor, wrote emails to their head office, but the entire treatment seemed absolute waste of money and time.
I thought of writing this complaint long time back, but due to paucity of time and also with a wrong belief that who may read this before deciding on optm treatment for any pain issue....

I called up optm after looking at their misleading ad in gurgaon times. I was informed that the treatment for my mother will cost between 10, 000 to 35, 000/- depending on the condition which can be told only after a body exam. We went there today and i asked for the fee card etc. But was told that it would be provided only after i paid the registration charge. I paid the registration charge of rs.1200/- and my mother went in. She tells me...

I saw their post abd went to get my knees treated for pain at their gurgaon center.

I was treated with encouraging words of how everything will be cured and they will make sure that at the end of treatment they will even show the proof of improvement.

After 45 days of therapy and 70000 ruppes, i am still there where i started.

The doctor that consulted me in the start never meets you again. When i went in the end to tell them that nothing has improved she told that one of the key medicine was never given to me.

Very laid back attitude. She non-chalantly talks about the fact that we do not know how medicine got skipped and in a perfect marketing gimmick told me to buy another package.

I am very very dissapointed and would take the matter to highest possible forum.

The cost is not just 70k, it is also the cost of travelling everyday plus all extra medicine you have to buy and thr mental trauma.

Mr. Ganguly is not a doctor, he is fraud, he says his therapy has proof and disproving the other well known and proved therapies like homeopathy, ayurveda etc.in real his therapy system is fraud and has no effects. Looting the innocent peoples who are in pain. Govt. Should have to ban his centres, so that this butcher get a lesson, practising unproven therapeutic system which is wrong.

Mr. Rajeev assured us to refund our advance of rs.13920/- with in week. Instead of our repeated request to mr. Rajeev on mobile no [protected]. But till date we have not received the refund. Your company is spending lot of money on advertisement but i think you are totally failed ti satisfy the customer. Employee like mr. Rajeev telling lie every time. We have no option lodge our complaint with consumer cell or lodge fir to police.

My mother is taking optm treatment last 45 days with the guidance of Dr Apurba Ganguli in DD-30, Andromeda, level 6 Saltlake, Sector-1, Kol-64. Today i purchased medicine for another 15 days with Rs 11085.00 at 5.30p.m. After reaching at house i cheak all the medicines and found wrongly your office had given me the medicine "Back, Hip& Thigh pain removal Trio in lieu of "Joint pain pain removal Trio".Thereafter I contacted with the office over phone from where i had purchased. But sorry to say they are denying to change the proper medicine and also miss behaved with me. In this situation immediately i need the proper medicine neither your patient will suffer a lot. Cheats, complete cheats... please do not waste your precious money by visiting the place. something about the doctor, dr ganguly is more interested in taking awards rather than treating patients. the reason why they get so many patients in their advertising startergy. dr ganguly is never at his clinic and always touring from one centre to another or is busy collecting awards. when i went their, i was promised that my slip disc problem would be solved for ever.1st i was examined by dr ganguly's son veeky, who holds a degree in business management (he 's not a doctor by any chance), who assured me that the treatment would be successful, then i met dr ganguly who assured me 100% that the treatment would do wonders (dont reckon they can give it in writing), i took the treatment for 42 days + 14 days. after 56 days of the treatment (with the oil and the machine), i had no benefit. dr ganguly told me that i had not applied the oil properly and that the reason i was in pain, mind you till about 4-5 th week in the programme i was told i ll be 100 % ok but no that was no the case. after burning about 1.5 lakhs, i had no relief and was still in bad pain.

Advice for new patients:
1) if he gives you an assurance over a medical problem please tell him to give it in writing, tell him you are ready to pay double for your treatment. most of the patients visit here for slip - disc or knee problem, which will cost them 1.5 or 2 lakh rs. tell dr ganguly that you 'll pay 4 lakh rs if you are even 80% cured but he will have to give the money back in case the treatment fails

First visited by dr. Aburba ganguly, the founder of the unit on 21/11/2015, he examined and made a common lecture to all patients about the medicine and prescribed pnhlr3, morn bloosom, foot bath crystals for 3 months with juice. According to him i continued the instructions for three months and reviewed after one month interval and feel no difference from before. First time they told me that the package was for 90 days if treatment is taken at home again reviewed on 23/4/2016 by one lady doctor with all test reports and told her about the gradual deterioration of the patient, she advised me to continue another 30 days, i took the medicine accordingly but of no result, now i am in a fix what to do. Each time i like to contact dr. A. Ganguly, appointment for junior doctor given to me and after a lapse of nearly 1 lakh for 120 days treatment no result made. And now i am unable to move for review to salt lake optm center though i went there on foot during first time visit not only that i am thinking for undergoing knee surgery and perhaps it is the ultimate solution. Patients should advise not to waste time and money for optm. I will bring the matter to different media for awareness for common people.
