I have made an agreement for captchas work but i didnot complete it. So i have paid penalty of 5000 but they are telling u have to pay penalty charges clearances charges utility maintenance charges... I have paid 12950, 21980, 15500 and 9500 rs regarding that. But again they are asking for white card to pay 7500. What i have to do. Is there any case filled against us. They are telling that they are from delhi arbitration lathur court etc...
