Hi my name is shuvendu mohanty, i got a call for the part time job, one lady called me and tell me about the captcha code filling that i have to fill 10, 000 captcha in 10 days in which 90% should be correct and they send me one link through which one app had opened where they said to upload my photo and signature along with they asked me to send my adharcard photo in email id and i have send them after few minutes they send me a agreement where they put my signature and photo without my permission and there it was written that if i didn't complete it in time or if 90% will not correct then i have to pay the penalty of rs 5000/-. Next 10 days he ask me to payment 5000, otherwise i will case on you. Then i affraid and give them 5000 rs. Now another advocate (Mobile no-[protected]) was called me and told we will case on you. And you will come mumbai high court. Plz sir help me. I am a student, plz sir my carrer will be destroy, plz sir help me.
Please help me to resolve my problem a quick action will be expected from my side.

I made an agreement and paid penalty of rs. 5000. I have paid morethan penalty (12950 and 21980 utility and maintenance charges, 15500 for clearance charges and 9500 also) after that by blackmailing through cal like issuing of notice. So please help me to refund my amount at least something. I have paid more amount. I have prooves for what i have paid and recordings from the persons also.

I have made an agreement for captchas work but i didnot complete it. So i have paid penalty of 5000 but they are telling u have to pay penalty charges clearances charges utility maintenance charges... I have paid 12950, 21980, 15500 and 9500 rs regarding that. But again they are asking for white card to pay 7500. What i have to do. Is there any case filled against us. They are telling that they are from delhi arbitration lathur court etc... Plz help me

Please help to stop this call and remove my details from this company as I do not wish to continue with this fraud company.

They have asked me send details urgently and without even explaining things they made the agreement and in English and did not explained anything. They are very smart.

This is sheer fraud.

A man from optrica technologies called and said about captcha part time job. He asked to whatsapp my aadhar card. I did. He shared 2links in whatsapp and asked me to download to start the work. When i clicked on that link it's asking to authorize access to my google drive. So i called back that person and informed the same. Also asked for company tin number. He started talking to me rudely. Sir i have call from this company they have explained me about the work i thought this is the genuine one and joined in this they asked for adhar card and sign i have done while doing the job they dont even suported simply after 10days they have shown some fake results... They asked me to pay money 5000 again for sign purpose they r asking to pay 3000... Students sir how can we get... Once u also think.. We don't have money for the financial purpose we r searching for part time... Howfar it is fair...

My name is tharun m k, i recently got a call from a lady regarding a home based data work. The number in which she contacted me was [protected]. She said that no registration fees was required for the job. She told me to register myself by giving my id proof and photo and other details. The work was to complete 10000 captchas within 10 days and they said they will give 22500rs for it. Later on she told me put a sign in an app and didn’t tell anything about the agreement and about the money i had to pay if i quit or didn’t complete the job with 90 percent accuracy. After starting the job i felt little fishy that they were not responding properly and the app which they gave was not providing the correct information. After that i asked for payment proof and then i found out their actual company name as optrica technology. They had put my signature in the agreement without my permission and i have been cheated they didn’t inform me about the money before registration. Sir i was the become the prey of these fraud predators, plz help me to come out from that trap one company of maharashtra named optrica technology has claimed to me that they would provide me 10000 captcha and they sent me the link through email to register that's the app which is named as agreement software this app took my photo my adhaar card and digital signature after that nobody gave me any work to do in agreement they said i have to complete captcha with in10 days but as they didnt gave how it's possible after ten days they sent me mail that u have to pay 5000 as per agreement i was very angry i ignored that after a month i got a call from advocate from maharashtra they said to have to pay otherwise we will file your case then i paid them 5000 and they aksed you have to pay delay amount charges 10500 then i paid that yesterday they asked u have to come to court for signature if not then pay rs 11970 then i aslo paid that too now today got an call it's the last amount for agreement signature 5900 i haven't paid tomorrow they will say to pay more help me out what i should do i'm in trap

I applied for work from home to optrica technology and a person called me mentioning that i have to complete 10, 000 captcha and sent me few links to install the applications. He rushed me to sign an agreement without mentioning the penalty of 5000/- later they uploaded my photo and signature in the agreement. Now i'm trapped in paying penalty. Please can someone help me.

Sir i was working on captcha filling 10days i worked continuously but amount as not credited their told i have not completed work. Sir one person as given me call and he is doing black mail and threatening me he is telling he will register case in latur.

I started doing y work but they showed me that the captchas i have entered were almost wrong
Later they asked me to pay 5000 since i have typed wrong and i paid them
But now advocate preeti gupta is asking me again to pay 19, 500 according to act
This is my problem and how could i solve this

After agreeing the job offer they have mailed me one agreememt in which my signature was digitalized in it without my prior permission. Sir i am a student how can i pay the money. If i have that much money then why do i need to work this job...

They called me and asked me about the confirmation of the work which have to be completed within 10 days. They didn't send me the link till now and whenever i called them they told me that they have already sent the link. And i got some messages and a person called me and demanded for rs.5000 and he said that if i refuse to give the money he will take me to the court and complain a file against me he is blackmailing me so what should i do sir, please help.

I got a job through quicker for typing 10000 captchas in 10 days. I applied for the same. They asked for my aadhar card photo and gave the same. Then they told to download an app through the link they send. Then they told to upload my picture and signature. And i uploaded also. After that i started to type captchas. And everytime i typed about 160 captchas it goes back to 1. I enquired about that to them and they told don't care about, everything i type is being recorded there. Then i started to type again. Also they have send an agreement afterwards about the rules of typing captcha and in that it was written that if we didn't complete our work or if we don't have 90% accuracy, then we have to pay the penalty. Then i found them fraud through google. So i blocked them. Today that is after about 10-15 days they are calling and messaging me to pay the penalty of ₹ 5000 for not completing the work. They going on messaging me please help
