OPULENTUS contacted me for immigration to Canada and various commitments were made that it will guarantee me immigration/residence in Canada. I went and opted for their premier membership and paid INR 188, 800 with order ID OOC 225229 and Reg ID OPUL107325 paid on 24th March 2022. I submitted all my documents to Opulentus before hand and all documents were verified and confirmed that i will definitely get the immigration and basis that I was told to apply IQAS (international qualification assessment services) In Canada. I did the same and paid the fee also. After many months their reply received and cancelling my application as my degree doesn't meet their criteria. Post that I contacted company and applied for full refund for my money 188k INR in Oct/Nov' 2022 and it was confirmed on the portal to settle this by March'2023. Currently we are in end Feb 2024 and now the company is saying that they will refund only 25%. when I didn't get the services which were committed to me why should i accept 25%. also they have frequently got my agreement for this contract for 25% refund which not even me or anybody else will not agree. they have not even provided me proof that i agreed for this. I have been sending daily mails only very few non committal responses. there is no customer relations who i can contact and nobody picks the calls and nobody calls back. its only mails. i can furnish mails from last year up to now. Its a clear case of Fraud and don't know how many others are trapped. they call themselves a international company but a big fraud at least for my experience i can clearly state that. Can you please help me to get my full refund. Even after agreement 25% is also not paid. Now e mail is also blocked and no response.
