Evaluvation for 2 countries: 2000 INR(They did this and no complaints)
IELTS Exam and coaching I took from outside agency
Educational Credential Assessment cost- I went to kerala university and got transcripts and did WES analysis

I strongly condemn OPULENTUS, Hydrabad, India organization for deceiving innocent and poor candidates to whom their customer care executives lures with their sweet talks and by telling them that they will send them overseas countries Like Australia or Canada with PR visa. This totally unethical. I am very much surprise that organization like opulentus making legal fraud by signing agreement on stamp paper with candidate very cleverly so that candidate can not drag them to the court after your failure.

At the time of enrollment it has been told that, agreement is just formality. They will help to get through each and every step till visa approval and getting job in Australia. But I am every much disappointed to the service that they have provided.

Initially they takes candidate all the data and tells pay IRR fees Rs.1000 to 1500/- to get to know whether candidate is eligible to proceed or not. Obviously, they give positive IRR (Internal Review report) as they need to make money. I have enrolled for Australia PR visa as per their suggestion. I had enrolled in year-2012 for services and they told me they clear the visa process within 9-12 months maximum but nothing has turn up till date year-2018. Initially, They are not telling at all what are hurdles are there in the process. Once candidate pay the money to them then they starts telling one by one problems like documents correction, additional documents, IELTS score is not good, occupation not available, criteria has changed, wait for next occupation list etc.

They suggested to attend IELTS/PTE exams from different institutions to get desire score. Initially they told that they will help to get IELTS desire score. They have not told me to clear IELTS exam first and then proceed for the further process because they knows if candidate did not get through IELTS exam then they will not pay their processing fees. They are not bother about candidates financial losses. It is money making business for them. It is total loot.Lot of hard earn money I spend on Opulentus proceesing fees, VETASSES fess, exam fee and coaching Fees.

Opulentus Processing Fee = Rs. 75000/-

Other Fees = 50000/-

At the time of initiation Ms. Sunanda (from customer Support) had given me guarantee that, she will get visa and they have expertise in clearing visa process and documentation but, as I experience they people are giving only suggestions rather helping us to get through. For giving only suggestion this much high fees is not justifiable.

Basically, I was not thinking to go abroad but, I got tempted with your customer care people talks and confidence that they had given me for clearing visa process.

Requesting you to take strict action against this company who is actually making legal frauds.

Opulentus overseas immigration Pune has taken 65000 and advised to help in Canada immigration my tentative date was Dec 2020 but as you knw what happened covid and plans got cancelled opulentus only advised me to give ielts and ECA documentation that's it no other hlep 2 yers are gone and situation is changed and they have demanded more money for further help ..as we cannot go because of covid need full refund ....

I have paid opulentus 65 thousand and for canada immigration they had given tentative journey date Dec 2020 I had done my ECA and ielts they did not help me in any ways just advised to give ielts and ECA thats it however due to corona plans stand cancel I would need my refund they alos block ur number email everthing no on calls you need my full refund as u have cheated me and you want more money to execute my profile how will you do it now. I have paid 1.5 lac to Opulentous for Canada Immigration Program with false commitment. This company is really a pain when it comes for refund. Since 3 months, I am requesting renewal team to kindly allow seniors of Opulentous to talk to me. Presently I am residing in Baroda and their office is in Hyderabad, so unable to seek help of any kind. My personal opinion to all is that please do not fall into trap during initial phase of registration.

Please dont believe the sales team sitting at the offices. They will lure you by giving all false commitments. Once you pay off the fees, forget about the services. They will ask you to create express entry profile and thats it. After that you have to keep on calling them for details regarding PNP and other options. The refund policy is totally ###. They will never pay you 1 percent of the money that you have paid and once your service agreement...

I have made a contract with Opulentus last Nov 2019, the sales team is not good at passing information to their CUSTOMERs. Their main intention is just to grab money by showing false information and VERY GOOD at manipulating CUSTOMERs. firstly, they say you everything positive's regarding immigration, people like me who don't know about the immigration process believe whatever they say. once you sign a contract and money are dumped in their account all negatives come out like service expiry, IELTS scores. Though they mention everything in the contract, however, it's impossible to read all 15 pages in 10 mins and sign it. later they start to send emails just one day before the expiry of service and expect us to renewal with the extra money it's totally ###.

if you really concern about your CUSTOMER while counseling please, brief correctly, may it is a business technic to get money but it's not fair. Money what we paid you as not come for free it's our blood and sweat. I almost lost 70k moreover I sign the contract so, I could not go for legal actions at least my complaint may save the rest of the people who are looking for opulentus. even I learned a great lesson trusting companies like opulnetus is foolish thing.

HI Almost a year and half back I have signed service contract with Opulentus for Canada immigration program.As per the T&C of the contract I was eligible for refund of 15% of registration fees(RS.70, 000 paid on 7th March 2019) in case of no progress in my case file or expiry of my contract.
As my contract eventually expired on Apr 4, 2020 I have been consistently following up with them regarding my refund but without much success as they keep coming with one or other excuse to delay my request as per our last communication they asked me to wait for 90 days to await for final outcome and obviously even that period is gone without any result and again they are continuing the same trend of "we are working on it, we will get back to you" on my followup calls.

Inshika Gupta from Opulentus Sales team Hyderabad Jubliee Hills branch called me and told that they are registered MARA agents and provide immigration service. They tool money from me saying that they have excellence service. After signing I got suspicious that the services I am getting doesn't look like that of MARA agent for sure as the process team I am interaction is not trained and mostly talks stupid things which doesn't make sense to me. Many times it happened that I have pointed out the mistakes which they have done, it should be other way around. The excellence team no# is not reachable many times. The complain and escalation mechanism is all crap and is there just for the name sake.
I then asked them to share the MARA agent registration no# and then I came to know that to actually avail that service you need to pay 1.6lacs more.
I asked them why you flash on your website that you are a registered MARA agent, because it throws the impression that you are paying for the service of a MARA agent. I got to know that this all is sales gimmick which Inshika Gupta is doing. Upon insisting why she lied to me, she stopped picking the call and responding to mails.
My ACS is already delayed by 4 months because of them and I want a complete refund and compensation from them.

I signed up for Australia Immigration in 2018 and paid an amount of 65000.I didnt avail any services as there has been health issues of my father few months after I signed up.I was always of the opinion that since I'm paying for the services, should there be some exigencies a fair degree of flexibility will be offered.

In 2019 March, My father had a brain stroke and was paralyzed .My family needed my support.This year in the month of Feb he passed away.

Requested the opeluntus team to proportionately charge me as per the services rendered OR defer the service contact date this year so that I can pursue the immigration process.
The Opulentus team intends to make money by these means.Looking at the number of refund complained on the consumer forum site, seems like this us the source of income for Opulentus.

Note:At the end the contract, you will be forced to accept that the contract is ended as a pop up appear on the intranet login.For the last 3 months I have been informed that the refund is in process and I cannot talk to the customer service dept.

Last week the legal team says not a penny of 65000 will be refunded.These guys have ripped me off.

Also..my experience regarding the service too was bad.they keep changing the case officers who do not understand the case.It was promised that Ielts coaching will be given which was denied.they just do the post man job.ask you to upload documents n follow up through automated response.If they were indeed customer centric the case officer assigned should have intimated me that WE need to complete all formalities in one year...may be reaching out in the initial days for deferment or cancellation would have helped.

Please look at it from humanity perspective not alone money making.

My wife have registered with paying Rs 72000 Opulentus ID -OPUL34746 6 Years back . These people have neither done anything for our profile for PR . When asked for refund they put us in divergence where they wont pick phones nor reply to mails . I initiated for refund and till date yet to get a solution for money being lost . Goverment should look into thes kind of organised frauds cheating peoples money in name of Visa agents.

Opulentus consultancy has cheated me saying that i have a IELTS score and very easy to get Canada PR, i have paid 75000 and said me at the time of agreemnt that they would help me from start to end process but they won't onle have given IELTS and ECA done from my side no help from them but since they charged too much its been 1.5 years i didn't get any invitation and if iam asking for refund, they are saying that iam not eligible for refund. They are simple cheating in the name of PR and not doing the process correctly.

Opulentus consultancy has cheated me saying that i have a good IELTS score and very easy to get Canada PR, i have paid 65000 and said me at the time of agreemnt that they would return 25% if i wont get a Invitation. Its been 1.5 years i didnot get any invitation and if iam asking for refund, they are saying that iam not eligible for refund. They are simple cheating in the name of PR and not doing the process correctly.

I want the refund of my money from Opulentus. They promised me that they will provide me with all the possible way to get the AUS visa. Its been 4 yrs now and nothing has been done till today. Moreover they have closed my account. I need a solution for this issue.
