oral-b — Defective product not replaced

Hi, I ordered Oral B vitality 100 electric toothbrush from Amazon India with order ID[protected] on 13-Dec-2021. I received the product on 14-Dec-2021 but this brush was not turning on even after charging for 24+ hours. So I contacted with Amazon india for returning this product. They suggested me to contact Oral B for return.

I connected with Oral B and told about the issue so they told me to share the respective product images and invoices. I shared all the required details with them.

They told me that I will get a replacement for this product. They scheduled the pickup and brush was picked from my place.

It’s been more than 20 days, I did not receive any replacement from them. I have contacted their customer support more than 4-5 times, I did not get any support from them. They just says only one thing “Please give us 24 hours”.

They are not even providing me tracking details.

Please help me.
