Defective product not replaced
Hi, I ordered Oral B vitality 100 electric toothbrush from Amazon India with order ID[protected] on 13-Dec-2021. I received the product on 14-Dec-2021 but this brush was not turning on even after charging for 24+ hours. So I contacted with Amazon india for returning this product. They suggested me to contact Oral B for return.
I connected with Oral B and told about the issue so they told me to share the respective product images and invoices. I shared all the required details with them.
They told me that I will get a replacement for this product. They scheduled the pickup and brush was picked from my place.
It’s been more than 20 days, I did not receive any replacement from them. I have contacted their customer support more than 4-5 times, I did not get any support from them. They just says only one thing “Please give us 24 hours”.
They are not even providing me tracking details.
Please help me.

Bristle come Off

Sir, I brought this product, relying on big brand.But I came across a problem which is certainly not expected with this MNC.Tooth brush bristles start coming off in its first week and I am very disappoint with this,along with this the retailer didn't take it back.So, leaving me with this choice to register my complain.

I bought a Oral B Vitality electric toothbrush and with this you get a free toothbrush head which lasts about a 1 month but when i purchase a toothbrush head replcements it lasts me 2 weeks, why is this so?
If there is no reply I will be forced to go to the consumer legal department.

ORALB — BAD QUALITY
The quality of oral b toothbrushes has become atrocious. These manufacturers are falling over themselves to make the worst quality toothbrushes possible .The price of a toothbrush nowadays is INR 15 -20.How in the world can you make a quality product for this amount of money? I bought a oral b t'brush 3 days back and the bristles have been hurting my teeth and have started wearing out! So you can expect a t'brush to last 6 days.This country has gone to the dogsMold
When my hubby opened his new toothbrush, he noticed it was damp. We then noticed there was a black mold growing inside . um eww. Waiting for a reply from company on what they will do for me about this. Helpful

oral-b — inferior quality of bristles
I am using oralb cross action from last 3-4 years and since then I had not changed the label of my toothbrush as I was completely satisfied with the quality of the brush overall.But this time when I bought the pack of two and one free with it.It is completely pathetic.The quality of bristles is such inferior that I cant even compare it with any other brand.Before it used to be that the quality was so good that it was uncopareable from rest of the brushes.But as of now it is worst of all and all is gone.This is for sure that in future I am not going to use this brand and have to look for something else.Also I hope that this complaint will go through the ears of manufacturer.
