Hi,

Description of Incident - My father has to carry Microwave oven Package
from Nellore to Hyderabad(which was weighing around 10 kgs), When he was
about to place the package in Luggage compartment of BUS, the Bus service
boy told my father to contact BUS Driver about carrying of the luggage,
then the Bus driver came to Luggage compartment and asked my father to give
200 rupees to insert that package into the Luggage compartment, then my
father refused to give him money instead asked him to give an receipt for
200 Rs, Which driver refused and he started arguing with my father and his
brother who was accompanying him, after 30 min of argument he dropped the
Package out of Bus and Departed the Bus at 10.00PM and the right depart
time of the bus is 9.30 PM. The bus driver has insulted my Father and his
brother with his rude behaviour which is a bothering issue to me now, I
want a apology from The BUS driver for Creating such as Unwanted scene at
the time of travel which is disturbing us now.

My Reason for selecting Orange travels was hospitality by the staff which
was proven wrong now, I need Orange travels to take immediate action on the
Driver, and he was also not wearing the uniform at the time of driving.

please check your database about the number of travels i have made, You
might lose a regular Customer and get a very bad experience review if you
are not able to deal with this case immediately or i will look for other
source of Compliant registry methods to handle this issue. My father Age is
53 and he is treated in a very wrong way.

I am a 59 year old Bank Officer. I travelled by A/C sleeper bus of Orange Tours and Travels, along with my wife on 23. 4.2016. The Bus No. is AR01H7813Service No. OTT87. Our Berth No.s are L 16 and L 17. We boarded the Bus at 8.30 P M. During midnight at around 2.00 A M I had to go for urinals and requested the driver to stop the bus. The driver was furious and refused to stop the bus. I was shocked and embarassed at the behaviour of the driver. However, I did not argue with the driver and stood at the door silently. The driver stopped the bus after 15 minutes murmering continuously. It is needless to say that I did not sleep the rest of the night and the humiliation haunted me even after journey. Normally, I travel by KSRTC or VRL buses. Never I have faced such type of behaviour from the drivers in these buses. This is the first time and also will be the last time because I will never board any bus of Orange Tours and Travels bus in future. In stead of providing snacks in a beautiful box to the passengers, Orange Tours and Travels should provide training to their drivers in soft skills/customer service and empathy towards passengers. In case the Travels considers this incident as wrong they may respond. If they feel this as routine matter they nee not reply.
