I had booked a ticket from Guntur to Bangalore on 4th August 2023 bearing PNR No.[protected] to travel on 7th August. Unfortunately, the bus got cancelled and got a message only today, i.e, 7th August 2023 at 10.35 AM.
This is not the first time the bus being cancelled at the last moment. When contacted the office, I was asked to reschedule the travel in a different seat (From lower berth to Upper berth). This is most ridiculous and they cannot ask me to travel in a choice of their own, It is unfair trade practice.
I was also told that the refund would take 3 to 4 days. When the bus is cancelled, they should refund the amount immediately as I would have to book in some other bus and putting us in lot of problems.
If the amount is not refunded immediately, I would approach consumer forum... Was this information helpful? |
