My name is Kowshik, we have booked a ticket in Orange Travels wide PNR no[protected] from Nellore to Hyderabad.
We got delay by 10 mins due to identified of Orange Travels Stop. We informed the delay to concern drive and executive at Nellore point manager. They assured over call fine. But when we reached the point they said we are not held responsible for your delay and bus started its journey. When we call to bus representative he said we stop bus for you in a KM only he said . So we boarded the bus but we don't find the bus even after 2 Kms. When we call to the Nellore stop incharge people they are rude with us because they only given fir the movement of the bus. When we requested the bus incharge they said we are here at few distance only but when we came there they are not there. Like this they took us for 15 kms and scolded badly with unparalmentry language. We have no words for the ruthless behaviour where we got by paying premium pay.
