Orange Tours And Travels — Charing extra money on luggage less than 30 kg

I travelled from Orange tours and travels from Pune to Bangalore, experience was very worst. As per policy I carried luggage for some wheat flour and which was below 20 kg. As per policy we can carry 15 kg per person and me and my son was travelling. After ticket they have charged 403/- for luggage. And reason they have given it is very unlawful. Even Driver is also very rude. And Sardarji he was shouting on me when I asked for policy. U can photos also curtain and bedsheets are very dirty.
