Orange Tours And Travels — I am traveling in orange travels they are not allowing to carry Cartoon boxes I.e below 5 kgs they didn't mentioned while booking

I am traveling in orange travels the staff of bus in orange travels are not proper response and proper behaviour. In orange they are not allowing to carry Cartoon boxes like food and fish boxes as they are not mentioned anywhere that we have should not carry the Cartoon boxes. They mentioned only 15 kgs of luggage of each person. And my luggage is only below 10 kgs.
