I booked a ticket from hyd to pune at 10.15 on 16 may and come to know that the bus is cancelled after i call customer care waiting for roughly 3 hrs. The travel is pathetic in it's service and doesn't have the courtesy to even inform their customers that the bus is cancelled. Lodged a complaint wid them but in vain. It's so frustrating. Didn't expect this
