Today is my 3rd travel with orange travels, on all these occasions bus never arrived on time. With no information provided on late arrivals and your customer service and the number on ticket never answered any of my calls. Even now waiting for the bus, supposed to be here by 7:15 but it is almost 8:00. I missed so many of my schedules due to your messed bus service. If you dont reply or get back to me i am definitely going to consumer court. Thank you for your service

Dear sir,
I booked a ticket from Gannavaram to Hyderabad on the 10th April. The ticket was cancelled due to bus breakdown before journey. I was told that full amount will be refunded. Till date no credit is made. PL look into the matter and do the needful.
