I need help with locating and getting my bluetooth speaker which I missed to collect while getting down at lakdikapool.

I've been trying to call the driver, who initially said he will check with assistant and let me know. But after that when I've been trying to reach him on calls, I sent several texts also, but he seems to be ignoring my calls and messages. My calls to customer care, Suchitra head office and other numbers that were shared with me, got unnoticed, hence I am approaching this forum to help me. Requesting management to look into it and help me get my speaker. Its o[censored]tmost importance to me. Was this information helpful? | 
Orange Customer care representatives, acknowledged finding the speaker.
Later when I asked them for instructions on getting it, where to collect it, they do not want to coordinate among their teams.
Everyone is in their own world. Call Center wants you to call lakdikapool office, they in turn want you to call suchitra head office, they in turn wants you to call driver, who in turn wants me to call call center again. This is a vicious never ending loop.
Now they are saying if I want speaker. I have to travel all the way back to each of their offices in hyderabad (lakdikapool, suchitra, any other office where lost and found items are kept) and try to locate the speaker, if found collect it or they cannot do anything.
