Orange Tours And Travels — not refunded money for cancelled ticket before one day

Hi orange travels, I booked a ticket from vijayawada to bangalore for the date 15/04/2020, but the bus was cancelled due to lockdown. Its almost 12 days but I haven't get any response from travels, please look into the issue. PNR[protected]
