I've booked 2 tickets where I need to cancel a ticket 1hr before and I didn't get a chance to cancel due to policies. The mobile number updated was for the cancelled person. Keeping this in mind very deligently, I kept on calling the driver more than 5 times and informed the driver that I'll board at Musalamma temple. I clearly informed this all the 5 times to the driver and driver also clearly acknowledged to it and agreed to pick me at Musalamma temple. I was there at boarding point [protected]@8.05 PM. But after a long wait, the driver didn't stop the bus and when I called immediately within a minute, the driver scolded me badly and ask me to reach the next boarding point. I was on Activa 3G and I asked them clearly to stop the bus and they said that they've already reached next boarding
point which is a false information by the staff. I asked them to Stop immediately since they crossed in front of me without even stopping the bus and I've already back of them. The road from Sivakodu petrol bunk to Sivakodu lock is a worst road and everyone knows that it's a worst road. Also I'm with my Kid and my cousin in the back seat at the time of chasing the bus. We met with an accident because of that worst road and the wrong information along with the carelessness by the staff. I knew the impact of how it works with the registered mobile number. Keeping that in my mind I called several times and even they agreed to [protected]@musalamma temple. When I shouted and explained these consequences to them, they started talking about boarding and mobile number. They should have asked me then there to board at same point that I've chosen while booking the ticket when I first called them. Since they agreed, I waited at Musalamma temple. Rude behaviour on ladies and completely irresponsible staff. By spending 2700 for a ticket, they didn't even give a water bottle which is not at all acceptable. This is a worst experience for us and for sure that I'll never recommend Orange Travels to any of my friends. Pathetic experience. Worst staff.. Worst behaviour.. Worst response.. Worst service.
