I had booked orange travel bus for Jan 13 2023, boarding time-10:50pm
We got info from driver around 10:30 like from bus will be there at stop in few min but around 11 he informed like bus got breakdown and they were arranging some pickup van
After that call there's no response from driver for any of the calls, we had reached out orange customer care and got to know bus got cancelled... Me being the girl standing on the road around 12pm who's waiting for bus got to know this...
It's atleast minimum thing for the driver to Inform this... The simple response from customer care is. "Sorry"
What sorry can provide security for a women at midnight!!!
And around 1am they are trying to fool us like we had tried to reach you but no response so bus moved on... How RIDICULOUS is this, they planted some story to avoid the refund payment.
Not only payment.. How can one sorry provide security for. Passengers at that time who were. Waiting in middle. Of the road
WORST BEHAVIOR of orange tours and travels.
Request you to take. Some action on them.
After seeing Google reviews got. To. Know that it's not the first time happening.
