Hi orange customer services,
I have booked ticket for 27th may from pune to hyderabad reference pnr number[protected] seat number l 16) at 22:45 hours hadapsar as boarding point. I have reached my boarding point at reporting time as 22: 30 hours. As waited long 2 hours 15 minutes bus came at 00:50 hours but there is no formal communication about the bus late to me. I was asked the driver about the late than got a response as bus breakdown at pune wakad. So finally i boarded at 00:45hours.
And after 200 km around from pune the actual bus i boarded was changed to and all the passengers were moved to other bus where i was not get informed to move to other bus even when there was changed in the at 02 :45 hours people should cross verify that all the passengers were shifted or not. But surprisingly before changing the bus orange travels ([protected] and [protected]) were communicated to the bus driver at 01: 28 hours and 01 : 42 hours respectively as bus drivers phone was not reachable.
I was not been intimated about the bus change during the actual change happen later i have communicated via sms at 02 :45 hours that change in the bus, but i have noticed till i wake in the morning.
When i wake this morning around 06 :45 hours i am in the bus which is coming back to pune and pune is 110 km from there i noticed.
As discussed about the bus change and all about with bus driver at that time both driver and cleaner were trying to blame each other for this miss. Finally i have no chance to continue my journey and i have returned back to pune and stayed in hotel for day and as per drivers help i have got booked another ticket for 28th may with same pnr 94476010 seat number l 09) at 21: 30 hours from hadapsar again and for this booking confirmation also i have been contacted 20 times at finally i got confirmed message at 16:32 hours.
And again i have not been communicated about the delay. So i have contacted the service centre and asked for the updates than i get the sms communication at 20:05 hours as i reached boarding point already.
And i have spoken to one of the number from the orange travels [protected] where i get this contact from bus driver and he was giving an irresponsible answer that he is giving me free ticket today and i missed the yesterday service on my own, where that should be responsibility of orange if there is a bus breakdown/late, so i just irritated and frustrated with this worst service ever.
Finally wanted to escalate this issue to consumers forum as i had lost a valuable day and important appiontments with my clients at hyderabad and i had to spend my money to stay one day in pune on 28th may.
I have every thing as proofs in my mobile to this issue legally please find attachments for some proofs.
