[Resolved] Orange Tours And Travels — Refund | |||||
Bus journey details: date - 29-jan-2017 Bangalore to chennai time-9.30 pm from marathahalli PNR-3581609 I already called the customer care of orange tours and travels for refund of this journey as this bus got delayed and i couldn't catch another connecting bus so they said they will refund me instead of arranging another bus at that moment but i didn't get any confirmation email or sms regarding my refund. I had to face so many problems because of last moment technical breakdown of bus. This is not expected from your renowned bus service. Was this information helpful? | |||||
