Hi - my ticket was cancelled when i placed a request for modification. When i called the call centre they said they are sorry about it and the money would be refunded back to my account. Its almost 20 days and they money is not refunded. When i call the call centre they say i have chosen option of voucher. Tell me who on earth will chose option of voucher for inr 5500 when you don't know when you wll travel again by bus. Website talks about prompt response and customer service i have written 3 emails and nobody bothers to respond. I need my money credited to my account.

Yesterday I have booked ticket from bangalore to Bidar iam on time in his marathahalli office with out any information leave the bus and they have not provide driver contact no and office no, please think once before traveling in Orange travels, worst service.
