Hi this is karthik. I booked around 10 tickets from pune to bangalore on May 17th... The bus arriving time 7:15 but its delayed almost 1 and half hour. After that bus came and made call to my mobile and I informed give me 30 mints. But the bus driver said I don't have time, please cancel the ticket we are leaving. I said pleae be there for 30 mints, but no response. After that we made call to customer care and arrange some alternative but they are telling you are only late.
