For dec 2019 27th and 28th we have booked to and fro service from hyderabad to shirdi and vice versa. Suddenly on 27th morning w receive a call from there call center saying there is some technical issue in the bus we booked and if we are interested they can reschedule our bus. We told them that we will call back and in 10mins. And when we call them to our surprise they said the same bus is going.
The second part... return from shirdi. Again on 28th morning they called up the same way and said our return bus has been cancelled and they want to confirm tickets in other bus. This time we didnot wanted any surprises. So we immediately told them that we are okay with it but we need one double side bed as we have a child with us. And this time... the horror is for almost an hour or more we had to repeatedly follow them up for confirmation, due to which all our schedule got delayed and many of the planned things we couldn't work out. And finally got 3 single seats.. As our kid cant sleep alone we are forced to use only 2 seats and adjust ourselves.
Such a pathetic service and no coordination between themselves.. what to say... Worst travels i have ever experienced
