I’m just surprised about such a bad experience during the travel. I was just 5 min delayed due to the heavy traffic and bad weather. The driver was misbehaving and being very rude with my wife and me. He was in a state of argument and criticising. Even the customer service representative named Akhil whom I called to report the complaint was not able to solve it neither not fit for this job. Need a critical action taken towards all these people or it will be negatively impacted for your travels. Here’s the travel details,
