Orange Tours And Travels — Ticket

Dear Team,

My self Ch Anup Kumar from Hyderabad on 31st March 2023 Travelled to Bangalore from Hyderabad I Have gone personally to Orange Travel Local office which is Located in Mehdipatnam Pillar Number : 54 and Book the Ticket got a confirmation Massage Bus is Booked I asked a physical Ticket copy operater Told Printer is not working you will get what's up massage but I have not received again I ask then operater told I ll gve whn come night for Start .Again I Ask night whn I start to Bangalore he told I'll send in what's up Next day again I have sent massage after one hour he sent some others ticket I replied back it's not me till now no reply.

Team Think once why we are asking for Ticket soft copy or Hard copy we need to Submit in Office we to have some formalities in office and it's Responsible of Orange Travells to Send Ticket on Email or What's up .

Now plz Tell Who's Responsible to share Ticket.
