I have ordered a copper bottle order # 64845 and paid by net banking on 13/8/2018. They informed by e-mail that the particular was not and to take alternative product of same but different choice. I replied the e-mail on 14th Aug but no response. On 15th Aug I informed by e-mail and by message on customer care but no response. Verified Support Aug 17, 2018 OrderYourChoice.com Customer Care's response Hi, The customer has chosen an alternate option and later on, he canceled the order.
