[Resolved]  Orient Electric India — Not responding to my serious complaint

My complaint number is 2763895 i have registered a complaint about the serious issue in my scooter brfore 5 days the front suspension bolt is fall of and all the buttons except power are not working, there's a front brake noise while reversing the scooter indicator button horn button headlight high beam/DRL button are not working, scooter grab rails are loose and unable to open charger flap and close properly i have tried contacting ola customer care they said my problem will be fix within 72 hours but until now i am just getting calls from service center and asking for whats the problem but nob3is coming to rectify my scooter issues its ridiculous i am now repenting buying ola electric.
