Ceiling fans 6 nos purchased online not performing

    Mysel[censored]day Basavaraj works as an Enginner at Bangalore.
    I purchased OLS S1 PRO New scooter 2.5mnths ago, DOP-1-6-2.24, KA02KZ2284.
    From past 2 days on[protected] late night after i back to home and parked in my home place, on emergency i need to get out and I use to get start my scooter, but not possible due to parkmode side stand symbol displayed in screen continously, Even after side stand removed for ride condition also, Side stand display highlighted continously.
    Can't able to swtich into drive condition. Vehicle off condition.
    Regarding this i raised a complaint on[protected] by morning nearly 11am Ticket no. 0476103. Even after 2 working days from OLA team no one had been contacted me regarding vehicle problem. Problem not solved.
    I request to the problem solved as earliest.
    Not even 3mnths completed problem occured, From OLA team least bothered about the issue. No near by service station located. How to get it solved and how to connect with OLA service team NEARBY.
    KINDLY SUPPORT REGARDING THIS ISSUE.

      The current status of the order OET-[protected]-GOA172 delivery was expected on 5th May 2024 and insurance also generated on 7th May 2024. Still I did not get my scooter on hand but I have paid for insurance policy had been running from 7th May 2024 which is almost 2months ago.       Zeno BLDC ceiling fan not working properly. Stopping in between several times in a day and starting, already changed PBC/ remote connected plate on 31/3/24 within 10 days of purchase 21/3/2024.Technician Mr Raju Ranjan Soni visited on 21/5/2024 and told PBC plate needs to be changed again, will come with plate by 23/5/24.Sir no technician visited till @545 hrs today 25/24.How many times Plate to be replaced during next 3 yrs warranty. Desire that fan be replaced with non remote executive model. I have several appliances of Orient Co working perfectly, perhaps this fan has manufacturing defect. Kindly advise and contact me . Thanks

          No service appointments available.
          After having a break down they were forced to accept my scooter at the service centre . Was returned with same problem, on trying to get a service appointment no appointments are not available on the application. Scooter is not charging now .

            Hi

            Had issues with one month old fan and on complaining technicians visited twice and was advised that the fan needs to be replaced.

            Firstly getting the technician was a hassle and after all they even after the visit and the recommendation to replace the fan I had to keep chasing and chasing the Hyderabad lead and Telangana state lead and I am really frustrated with apathetic customer service and false promises.

            I would request to get the fan replaced and issue resolved.

              I am chasing for this issue since last 4 months with Orient there is a manufacturing defect in their celling fans JAZZ model you will always get irritating noise whenever fans is on their multiple enginers visited my place bit no one resolve this issue and also they are saying it's issue in manufacturing but they are not ready to replace my fans. It's really frustrating.

                  Dated on 07/05/2022 I was ordered Orient I-Tome BLDC with remote ceiling fan from Amazon. I got defective item and replaced it. Dated on 15/05/2022 I got the replacement.
                  After 4 months o[censored]se it stopped working. I complaint to orient electric and within few days a technician Call me and asked about the problem and to send the invoice, warranty card, & the video through Whats App. He told me that the Board(PC) has damaged. After a few days he came to my house and try to change the PC but the PC was wrong (not for my fan's model/it was other model PC). He told me that after a few days he will came again with proper PC but he don't came. After many many complaint an another technician came to my house dated on 24/04/2023. He changed the PC but the problem not solved. The technician told me to contact with their engineer (who serve our district) and gave me his contact number. I call him and describe my problem and he told that they will try one more time with another PC. A few days later I call the engineer again but he told to wait some time. I had been calling him with a interval of 10-12 days but he told me the same. Now he is not received my call. Again I complain Orient electric customer support and they gave me a contact number of a person who is head of whole jharkhand. I call him and he told me to send the invoice, warranty card, and the video of fan. After that he don't reply. I message him to much time but he never reply me.
                  In this 9 months I have complaint more than 20-30 times on Orient Electric helpline number(through phone call and through Whats app). Time is going on but I am not getting any response from their side.
                  These all are the complaint numbers:-W[protected], NC[protected], NC[protected], NW[protected], NW[protected], NC[protected], NC[protected].
                  Now I am deciding to file a case in court against this matter.

                    Pathetic service. No proper response after lodging complains. Have to do number of calls, but no proper service is done. each and every time I place a call, different false statements are given but the work is not done. Everytime complain is placed they take 1week to 10 days to work on it that too after so many follow ups.
                    Worst decision of buying product from Orient.

                      I have purchased BLDC Hector 500 model celling fan on March 2023. Within a month getting friction sound while running. I have raised complaint twice, service engineer came and attend the complaint. Then friction sound was reduced and not completely arrested. In recent days, decibel rate is high and we are unable to sleep peacefully.

                      I request you to kindly arrange for product replacement.

                        I have purchased 10 geyser from your company, through flipcart. It worked well 7 months. Later on it's not heating n small leaking also started.
                        On March 27th I have contacted customer Care n registered complaint. After one week technician called me asked all the details n he said new tank n coil ordered and will come ASAP. One month passed, again I called technician what happened so far not visited. He said some stories but not visited. So far 56 days passed, the issue not solved.
                        I will take legal action if you don't solve it within a 3 days.

                          I bought this fan last month and facing issues, I raised a complaint Call ID C[protected] on 7th April 2023 to fix the issue however it is not fixed by Orient yet(24th April 2023 even though called so many times to customer care and local service provider.
