Poor quality fans

I bought Orient Uno 120 BLDC fan with remote from Amazon recently in first week of June-2026.

After installation the fan worked fine just for one day. Two days later it stopped working. Neither power button nor remote could start the fan.
I called the customer care and within a day they sent their technician.

He confirmed that it's a PCB failure.
Be aware these are poor quality fans....

Ceiling fans 6 nos purchased online not performing

Fraud done with us

I have purchased orient auctor fan on 15-june-2021 from amazon at rs 4869 and after that my fan stopped working in 3 months only and after that they first refused to refund and give service then after that when we complain amazon then after 2 months they give us new fan in winter in november then after that we checked it is working but when no when summer comes on march 2022 we turn it on but only in 5 minutes it turned of then we complained...

Ceiling fan not blowing air properly

Dear Sir,

On 31st March, 2021 we purchased2 ceiling fans from local shop nearby our hometown. Both costs us around rs 4700. Unfortunately, it is not giving air properly to whole room.

Although, we spoke to customer care and technician, latter said this fan is fine and it work according to its features. But we are not satisfied with the products. It feels like wastge of money.

orient pspo ceiling fan

Dear sir / madam,

I am a proud customer of orient pspo ceiling fan which i was purchased 15 years back from csd trivandrum.
I am very proud to say that i have not faced any technical problems with the fan so far other than the leaves getting rusted and spoiling the impeccable record of such a beautiful product.
I have 5 such fans and all of them are having rust on their leaves.
I have used other brands...

making lot of noise

I have bought 2 orient ceiling fans on 1st June 2014. To my surprise within a months period it started making lot of noise. My electrician says that there is a fault in fans and company has to do the needful. I have complained thrice for the same but no executive has visited my place to inspect the fans. As it is a computerised complain system I cannot talk to any executive. Please send the mechanic and help us....

I Booked ola 24/02/2024 and got ola scooter 02/06/2024 last 2 month at dashboard always show system issue but there is no resolution from ola company 27/08 my scooter is at service centre but there is no resolution

    I purchased OLS S1 PRO New scooter 2.5mnths ago, DOP-1-6-2.24, KA02KZ2284.
    From past 2 days on[protected] late night after i back to home and parked in my home place, on emergency i need to get out and I use to get start my scooter, but not possible due to parkmode side stand symbol displayed in screen continously, Even after side stand removed for ride condition also, Side stand display highlighted continously.
    Can't able to swtich into drive condition. Vehicle off condition.
    Regarding this i raised a complaint on[protected] by morning nearly 11am Ticket no. 0476103. Even after 2 working days from OLA team no one had been contacted me regarding vehicle problem. Problem not solved.
    I request to the problem solved as earliest.
    Not even 3mnths completed problem occured, From OLA team least bothered about the issue. No near by service station located. How to get it solved and how to connect with OLA service team NEARBY.
    KINDLY SUPPORT REGARDING THIS ISSUE.

      The current status of the order OET-[protected]-GOA172 delivery was expected on 5th May 2024 and insurance also generated on 7th May 2024. Still I did not get my scooter on hand but I have paid for insurance policy had been running from 7th May 2024 which is almost 2months ago. I have been following up starting from May 7th 2024 and asking for the delivery of my scooter with the below channels.
      1) With Ola Experience center in person
      2) Ola App
      3) Sending multiple emails to [protected]@olaelectric.com from this email id and also [protected]@gmail.com

      As the status is not updated in the app, although Ola experience center team has updated me with wrong status and I was waiting for the delivery intermittently. Due to ola customer service, wrong status in the ola app and also Ola Experience center team, I have lost 2 things starting from May 7th 2024:
      1) Insurance payment for an unused period of 2 months. (Please note the vehicle is yet to be delivered to me)
      2) Usage of Vehicle for 2months
      Hence, I request to compensate the above 2 losses for me as the delivery is delayed due to ola app issue and unresponsiveness from Ola. Feel free to reply with your queries if you need clarification.

        Zeno BLDC ceiling fan not working properly. Stopping in between several times in a day and starting, already changed PBC/ remote connected plate on 31/3/24 within 10 days of purchase 21/3/2024.Technician Mr Raju Ranjan Soni visited on 21/5/2024 and told PBC plate needs to be changed again, will come with plate by 23/5/24.Sir no technician visited till @545 hrs today 25/24.How many times Plate to be replaced during next 3 yrs warranty. Desire that fan be replaced with non remote executive model. I have several appliances of Orient Co working perfectly, perhaps this fan has manufacturing defect. Kindly advise and contact me . Thanks

            No service appointments available.
            After having a break down they were forced to accept my scooter at the service centre . Was returned with same problem, on trying to get a service appointment no appointments are not available on the application. Scooter is not charging now .

              Hi

              Had issues with one month old fan and on complaining technicians visited twice and was advised that the fan needs to be replaced.

              Firstly getting the technician was a hassle and after all they even after the visit and the recommendation to replace the fan I had to keep chasing and chasing the Hyderabad lead and Telangana state lead and I am really frustrated with apathetic customer service and false promises.

              I would request to get the fan replaced and issue resolved.
