We, Allied Digital Services Limited are an ITES Company functioning in SEEPZ SEZ, Andheri East, Mumbai.

We have purchased 6-7 Pedestal Fans of Orient Make (Model - Stand 37) through an Authorized Electrical shop situate at MIDC, Andheri East, Mumbai.

Right from 1st week onwards, we are experiencing frequent break-downs of the Fans and keep logging our Complaints on the Toll-free No. However, they take their own sweet time to attend to Customer complaints. No professional approach is seen towards the Customers..

ORIENT is a reputed Company and we expect a better service from the Company. Why do they NOT take Customer complaints seriously?

We need an answer for this.

The Products are under Warranty for a period of 1 year but it really serves no purpose.
