I have worked in the following companies since 2008 to 2012 and want to withdraw PF.

1) Datacraft India Ltd : Joining Date : 6th June 2008 to 30 October 2009
2) Allied Digital Services Ltd :Joining Date : 1 November 2009 to June 2011.
3) 3i-Infotech Ltd:Joining Date : 12th June 2011 to 12th June 2012.

Following are the PF numbers.
1) Datacraft India Ltd : PF No:MH/BAN/43347/0807
2) Allied Digital Services Ltd :PF NO:MH/BAN/43628/4964
3) 3i-Infotech Ltd:Joining Date : PF NO:TH/VSH/44632/12678

Kindly suggest a way to withdraw without a UAN number during those Days.

    Respected sir/madam,

    Still i didnt understand why abn & tv5 not coming in my act cable network. (Guntakal, andhra pradesh). I hope in andhra pradesh most of the places facing same issue and i have one big doubt now.
    What action has been taken fron trai?
    Can you please check & take approparate action against canble owners & release the chancels on priority.

      pf not credited to epf account

      Hi team,

      I’m writing this mail on behalf of my uncle who worked for allied digital, mumbai. He was working with this company from last 18 years. He resigned around march 2018, that’s when he got to know that company has not credited his pf contribution from march14- march18, every month there has been pf deduction from salary (Attached salary slips).
      He’s has been cheated by the employer, on complaining them there...

      My airtel digital connection no. Is [protected]. I have opted for my own package in which i have selected 4 hd channels and other sd channels. Right now i am not bale to watch hd channels since 2 days. But my all sd channels are watchable. I had same issue 10 days ago and it was resolved after my complain and refunded 66 rs in my account. But again the same issue is there. Kindly note there is no hardware problem right now nor it was last time. I want my problem solved not refund.

        I have taken airtel digital tv on 3rd aug 2009, my customer id is [protected], my registered number 91-[protected], before pruchase of connection, you people promised me for one year’s warranty against any technical defect as well as free engineer visits for any technical problems till 1year, i was facing no signal problem. I request customer care to send your engineer to attend to it and rectify the defect. They commited that techinical person will not charges. But after (Techinical person santosh his number [protected]) vist he plug in and plug out the cable and using remote then run the tv, then techinical person charged rs 150 at neme fo flue charges. As well as misbehave with family person when we deny to pay charges. So i want to money back rs 150 as well as person must be ask apology form my family.

        I think as a customer of the company i have the right to know the answer. For me now it’s not just a question of rs 150. Now it’s the question of ethics and policy of the company and stealing from my pocket. When we deny to pay visit charges, your techinical person misbehave with the family person. So my family paid rs 150, this is not first time, this is 2nd time occer, when i purchased cunnection, that time your techinical person also demanding 250 for visit charges, when i launch the complaine then techinical person visited.

        Your brand identity is in serious trouble. I have had a very awefull and harrowing experience with airtel dth service, feel cheated and wish to discuss the matter with you. To my surprise, this is breach of trust and least expected from a company of bharti airtel's stature. I must say that your integrity and values are questionable.

          In my home I am not able to receive the satellite signal so i contacted Airtel digital customer care and registered the complaint on 20 th April 2019.
          Complaint I'd: 88175532 . They said that it will be resolved by EOD but after 3 days also no one contacted me . I tried calling the customer care several time but they are telling it will be resolved within 24 hours every time I call them. Please take a strict action against this.

            Airtel digital dish tv connection id#[protected]-001
            M. No-[protected]

            My monthly tv plan has been migrated forcefully to a new useless plan without any consent and my permission.

            I am getting only useless channels in the current plan and the price i am paying is as same as before 500/-.

            I had been confirmed by airtel dth customer care executive over call in january 2019 that the exiting dth tv plan will not be abolished in future.

            But now they abolished the old monthly tv plans and forcefully migrating the customers to any other useless plan without their consent and permission.
            They are not providing any intimation to their customers about this.

              unauthorized debit and activation of pack

              On 26 feb... I received a call from airtel customer care at 11.14am... My airtel digital tv account no is [protected]... They are promoting any channel... They ask me to share otp received on my registered no.
              .. I denied instantly that offer because i dont want to add any channel or pack... But still i got a massage regarding unauthorized debit of 65 rs and activation of that pack without my consent... Beside that i continuously mail...

              My airtel digital tv account id is [protected] in the name of yogesh kumar celly... As per the new guidelines of trai and as per the channels package offered by the said company, i opted for the channels package of 150 channels costing rd.699/- per month. As they ommited to include abp hindi news channel in my package, i requested them to include the same. Subsequently, vide their email dated (Copy attached), it was informed by them that the said channel has been activated in my account w. E. F 12/02/2019., but till date the needful has not been done. My repeated emails are not being responded by them.

                Sir i have selected my airtel digital tv package 28/01/2019 and my package is 272 per month but company is not started my package and also he add some more chanelle and he loot 472 par month and i called​ for customercare and telling my problem but he not answering my questions and always tell​ automatically doing i am totally harassment by company please action for company.

                  I am already choose plan as per trailing new guidelines for my Airtel digital TV vide ref no.428903. my vc no. Is [protected]. But Airtel not change my plan but stop my some channel even i recharge my account for 1year and I am trying to connect it's customer care but didn't pick any phone.
                  Please take my complaints against not providing services.

                    My customer id for airtel digital tv is [protected] and have 3 connections.
                    1.[protected]-001 (Sd set top box)
                    2.[protected]-003 (Hd set top box)
                    3.[protected]-004 (Hd set top box).

                    I did an annual recharge of rs 9981 on 28th november 2018 and the break up for all the three connections were like below:
                    1.[protected]-001 (Sd set top box)-rs 3931 mega pack (All sd channels for 1 year)
                    2..[protected]-003 (Hd set top box)-rs 3025 mega hd (All sd+hd channels for 1 year)
                    3.[protected]-004 (Hd set top box)-rs 3025 mega hd (All sd+hd channels for 1 year)

                    Total — rs9981 (For 1 year)

                    So my pack was going to end on december 2019 as per terms and conditions.

                    However i was called on 2nd february 2019 by airtel digital tv csutomer care to change my annual pack as my original pack would cost me much more and hence all my balance may end up very soon rather than lasting till decemebr 2019. Hence i changed my pack for [protected]-001 and [protected]-004 on 2nd february by taking ala carte pack from channel 998 and sent the bar code to airtel.
                    Later when i read terms and conditions in trai site and found the faq no 11 like below:

                    "11. What if annual subscription charges are paid by a subscriber
                    In advance?
                    In case a subscriber has availed any scheme with advance charges paid for future lock-in period like an annual plan the distributor shall continue to provide services for such committed period without any increase in price / charges and without altering the other terms of subscription.
                    The distributors cannot make any changes that entails any disadvantage to the subscriber in such cases. However, if the subscriber wants to switch over to a new package after 1st february, 2019 then the proportional balance amount of existing package as on the date of switch over may
                    Be adjusted for the new package prices after 1st february, 2019."

                    However after repeated complaints, phone calls and emails of the same to airtel, they are not listening to me and neither reverting original pack as per condition.

                    Now they have started to disconnect channels also.

                    I am completely harassed and clueless what to do in such humiliation by airtel.

                      Airtel's website does not allow me to choose/make my own pack. The otp is not received. The process is discontinued midway. I am trying for last so many days. Their customer service executives are not not sending the link. It all appears to a fraud. Trai needs to take some stringent action. Otherwise, what is the use of new guidelines? Service providers damn care about such guidelines and flout these with imputiny. Very sad stae of affairs.

                        I recharged my airtel digitaltv id:[protected] for one month on[protected] by paying rs.237.
                        Today[protected], my above account is suspended due to insufficient balance.
                        The airtel digitaltv has illegally suspended my account and misappropriated the balance amount.
                        I attach the tv screenshot dated[protected] as evidence. The airtel customer care call has been attended by my husband mr. P. Arumugam.
                        My airtel digitaltv account should be re-activated at once. I also demand a compensation of rs.25000 from airtel digitaltv for their illegal actions.

Today my secondary a/c is suspended. I'm notable to viewing any channels. Also as my dicussed with mr. Jagmeet singh customer experience he is not reply our last communication.

                            My airtel digital set-top box was showing an amber light 40 days back.
                            I contacted airtel tv customer care and they sent an airtel engineer to check.
                            The airtel engineer said that the settop box is damaged, and that he will be providing me with a repaired settop box in 3 days, for which i paid inr 350.
                            After a week, he replaced my settop box with the repaired box.
                            This repaired settop box worked only for 2 hours, and after that stopped giving a visual output.
                            I have been calling airtel customer care every alternate day, and every time they assure me that they will be sending an engineer, but the engineer never turns up.
                            So, its been a total of 50 days now, and my airtel digital tv is not working.
                            I have been using airtel tv for 8 years now, and if this is the quality of service that airtel gives to its existing customers, then i dont know what is the service policy of airtel and how long is it going to sustain with other competitors just around the corner.
                            Meanwhile, my settop box is still unrepaired, and not working.

                              Sir,
                              On date 01 jun 2018 i have recharged my airtel digital tv with rs. 315 which was hd package and the recharge was completed successfull. Since then there in no programme on my tv screen except advertisment channel number of 100.

                              I spoke to customer care, they given the complaint registration number i. E 75485170 for technical issues, they said within 24 hours, the engineer will come to my home to solve the problems.

                              Neither of engineer come nor the department any interest with their customer, such a disgusting attitude of ill-mannered company making mitting money with indulging words with their customers, despite i spoke a many times to solve the problems but with negative response.

                              Either they did not refund my money nor took the feedback of the complaint.

                              I wrote this complaint against such a money mitting airtel company for their negative responsible and ill-behaviour with teir customer. Hence i request you to take a necessary action for their blind behaviour and refund my money as soon as possible.

                                  My consumer id no.[protected] airtel digital tv recharged today but given me different plan i. E. Kids plan @rs.299pm. It is requested to change the plan immediately to my plan super @rs.199pm for 10+2months recharge and confirm me urgently. The recharge is due for today 25.3.2018. Failing which i will go to consumer court under consumer protection act.

                                    I installed airtel dth at my home in oct 2017. I was looking for monthly payment option but these airtel guys suggested me for opting 1year plan as it has many added benefits like all hd channels, recording, no engineers visit charges for one year if there is any service complain. So on their words i opted for one year.

                                    Since the day they installed this tdh i am having one or other problem so i am calling their engineers for the problem resolving. After 2months of installation they are asking for engineer visiting charges denying the commitment they gave me during selling this one year pack. Also they are quoting that your package is not under any warranty as it has passed warranty period. So their one year looks like this 7th oct, 2017 to 30th dec, 2017.
                                    If airtel type of brand indulges in these malpractices then whom to trust
