Oriental Bank Of Commerce — Amazon Successfully Credit Refund to my account but no payment received

Myself Mahesh Devgan.I have an Saving Account with your Account Branch.My A/C No. is [protected].
I want to know the status of my two transactions which yet not been credited in my account
1:- RRN no.74332741029102827195839 Amount of Rs 69/- which supposed to be credited on 02Feb 2021

2:- RRN no.74332741036103594435557 Amount of Rs 999/- which supposed to be credited on 04Feb 2021

Can you please check and revert me back where the amount being stuck and when will these transactions credited in my account...
