On date 07.12.2019 i have applied for closing of my 3 nos savings accounts through mr. Mridul manager of obc jhansi. Provided all required documents as guided by mr. Mridul, after aadhaar verifications through otp, work has been finished from my side but accounts could not be closed. Why? My sb accounts are. 1) [protected] of naval kishor. 2) [protected] of kanta & naval kishor. 3) [protected] of shejal bagwar. Please arrange to close the said accounts and transfer the amount as per my written application submitted in jhansi branch.

Updated by N K Bagwar I have Mailed this complaint so many times including 4 reminders also to the jhansi branch in this mail ID:[protected]@obc.co.in but no response till date. Please contact to Mr Mridul on his mobile phone number : [protected], that why he could not complete this job while having sufficient time from 07.12.19.
