Respected sir, With due regards i beg to state that i am a punjab govt. Pensioner & my ppo no is punjab/[protected]. My pension is disbursed through oriental bank of commerce branch barnala (Ifsc code : orbc 100594). My saving bank a/c no is[protected]. Respected sir from the last two months continuously i requested many times to the concerned bank to release my l. T. C. I have visited several times to the dealing hands as well as officials of the bank and requested them to deposit the same in my saving bank account. But all the times the concerned officials and dealing hand never gave due care and neglected my requests. Today when i visited again & enquired about the ltc, the officials rudely behaved in harass words & pay no attention to my request. This was suffered me a lot. I am a senior citizen & in this situation it is too hard for me to visit again and again. Kindly look into the matter & take a prompt action. With regards.
