Oriental Bank Of Commerce — i am complaining about pending transaction of cash deposit to my savings account | |||
I am somnath sarkhel the s. B. Account holder of oriental bank of commerce lake gardens branch. On 18th march 2020 around 6:25 pm i deposite cash to my savings account in garia station road atm branch. It is obc is own atm. The total cash putted in atm machine & after that the machine was locked, after sometime a massage shown transaction timed out. On 19 th march 2020 around 10.00 am i meet with obcs branch manger of garia station road & brief all the matter to him. He take the matter casually & told me he was unable to take any complain regarding my problem. After that i go to obcs lake gardens branch & filled up a chargeback form for give my money to my savings account. But till now no cash is transfered to my savings account. Now when our time is very crucial i am very much suffered for my money & i am so helpless for obcs branch mangers speech & i am very much worried whether i can get my noney or not. So i do request you that please take the matter seriously & give my money to my account & take necessary action to branch manger of obcs garia station road branch the i am very greatful to you.
