Sir, my self shourabh shukla i am a account holder of your bank. My account no. [protected]. I had applied for debit card on 18/11/2019. But your side didn't get any card to me. After 3 months i went again visited the bank bring the same issue then they are suggesting me 'mailing' process. When i use this process but he didn't work. Today i m also going to bank with same issue then they are suggesting same 'mailing' process

An amount of 10500 is deposited through atm machine around 5:30 in mira road branch amout recived by atm machine but not showing in my acc balance and i also didnt recieve any message. as i loged complaint but no msg of complaint status yet recieved
