Oriental Bank Of Commerce — Improper functional of banking personals | |
Respected Sir, it is to state that I am an account holder in the Oriental Bank of Commerce at dhikauli branch situated in district baghpat having pin code number 250615. After Covid-19 Pandemic printing and generating of new passbooks is prohibited by the banking personnels in my branch but at present this has become habitual. in current scenario the situation is that the banking personals are still not printing nor generating new passbooks and other banking branches are fully functioning in regards to this situation. it is pertinent to mention here that the area covered under this branch does not come under a containment zone or buffer zone. Only single entry has been made in the bank premises and all the customers are waiting at the entry of the bank in high sunlight because there is no facility of token number distributed to customers. After several times asking about enquiry guards of the bank are not allowed to enter the bank premises nor an official comes out to reach the entry point of the bank to listen to the customer problem.
