Oriental Bank Of Commerce — misbehaved by employees and guards

I came up with two of my friends for opening bank account and there upon when i asked few questions he started shouting upon me and asked me to leave he called the guards and tried to throw me out the guard was so rude ge started pushing me and shouted me and mentally assaulted me for no reason i don't know if this problem would get solve or not but still i'm writing this.
The branch is in ghaziabad near ims ghaziabad college.
