I visited the bank 1 month back for requesting the net banking service on my account. I visited the 2nd time 1 week before and still I didn't get any response. I make the online complaint to nodal office, obc baking consumer email id and NO RESPONSE from there as well.
Why the staff do not response and solve query to their customer.
