Dear sir,
I have paid an electric bill (Wbsedcl) on 29th march using amazon pay qr scan and the amount was deducted from this account and the bank reference id was[protected]. But it was showing failure on wbsedcl official website. The i have contacted the branch, they told me that my amount will be returned to my account. But till now it's pending. Then i registered two complaints to the obc complaint portal but my complaints were closed automatically without solving my issue. I called too many times to the branch but didn't give me any proper response.
So, i am requesting you to please solve my issue because it's pending from 29th march, 2020.
